2G judge got it wrong, will prove charges against PC

Mumbai: A day after the trial court dismissed his petition against Union home minister P Chidambaram in the 2G spectrum case,Janata Party president Subramanian Swamyon Sunday said that the trial court judge is good, but he got it wrong.
Speaking on 2G scam and its implications at Shivaji Park,Swamy said,I will take the fight to the Supreme Court. In the next two to three months,I will prove in the apex court that the allegations levelled by me against Chidambaram are logical and correct.
Two UPA ministersChidambaram and ex-telecom minister A Rajatogether decided that spectrum allocation would be done on the basis of the pricing decided in 2001.If Raja is criminally liable, then why not Chidambaram The Union home minister could be guilty and it is possible that he is criminally liable, he said.Talking about the trial courts dismissal of his petititon against Chidambaram,he said,First 60 paras of the court order are in my favour and the last three in Chidambarams.Trial court judge is good, but he got it wrong. There is something fishy that has happened. Explaining the reason behind his decision to make Chidambaram a party to the case,Swamy said,Initially,I thought that Raja alone was responsible for the allocation of spectrum at a lower price. But when I heard the PMs statement in the Parliament where he said the finance minister and the telecom ministry together take a decision on spectrum pricing as has been the practice since the NDA regime,it struck me that Chidambaram, too, can be made party to the 2G case.
He (PM Manmohan Singh) is a clean man,but his government is the weakest in the countrys history, Swamy said.He endorsed the CAGs report which pegged the loss to the exchequer on account of 2G allocation at Rs 1.76 lakh crore.Had we auctioned the spectrum at market price the government could have easily given income-tax free sop to citizens for nearly 25 years.

ISI knows about our netas black money accounts

J anata Party president Subramanian Swamy on Sunday sought cooperation of Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev in his on-going crusade against corruption.Hazare is fighting for a comprehensive Lokpal Bill, while Baba Ramdev has the ability to mobilize people in rural areas.I have a team of experts to unearth cases of graft. Its time we join hands to bring about systemic changes in the country, he said.Swamy also claimed that Pakistans ISI has information on black money stashed abroad by Indian politicians and that this was the reason why India hasnt been taking a tough stand on cross-border terrorism. It is exactly for this reason that those in power are hemming and hawing on the issue of sending Afzal Guru and Ajmal Kasab to gallows, he said.TNN
